Last week, our company came together for our All Hands Team Meeting. It’s nothing fancy. We all show up in the same casual attire and dedicated mindset that we do everyday.

In the last few years, it seems a tidal wave of people have chosen to quit their job and finally live out their dream of being their own boss.

No matter the industry, getting started is the toughest part, and as a beginner entrepreneur, you are guaranteed to encounter a lot of barriers to entry—starting with building trust. 

Over the years, I've accumulated quite the library. In the conference room where I work, there are stacks of books that I keep out, not only for my reference but also for the reference of any team member who cares to pick them up.
