What are you looking for in the next generation of leaders?

Last week, our company came together for our All Hands Team Meeting. It’s nothing fancy. We all show up in the same casual attire and dedicated mindset that we do everyday.

In the last few years, it seems a tidal wave of people have chosen to quit their job and finally live out their dream of being their own boss. 

All investing comes with risk. Whether you’re in real estate or stocks, you know it to be true. Perhaps it’s what’s held you back from investing in the first place.

At The Grind, we talk a lot about how important it is to surround yourself with the right people: smart people, hard workers, mentors, people who’ve done what you want to do, people who are perfecting their grind in your same field, etc. As my son Chris reminded podcast listeners recently, “You are the average of the five or six people you surround yourself with.”
